Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
As each piece is handmade, natural variations in colour, tone, and weave are part of the product and are not considered faults.
Return Shipping
Returns within the UK are accepted with a £4.80 flat rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will resolve this as quickly as possible with a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
