Ordered as a Christmas gift, just before Christmas, and was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in time. I contacted the company, and a very helpful guy, called Patrick, offered to post out by Royal Mail, using guaranteed delivery - he included this in the cost of the item. It arrived within 2 days. A good quality item, beautifully packaged, from this delightful company, with excellent customer service. Would definitely order from them again.
