I received the cotton bud holder but it was a slightly different size than one I had ordered previously. I contacted coastal villa who supplied a replacement immediately. Lovely product, great service, very happy.

BEAUTIFUL pieces. I bought multiple items for the first time from this seller, and I'm genuinely so so happy with all of them. I want to buy more!
Also so well packed and I'm so impressed with the efficient Tetris skills. No wasted space, maximum protection in transit.

Beautiful peice
I purchased this as a posh toothpick holder which goes beautifully in my new bathroom. I had to chase the order as the 1st dispatch they claimed was lost in the post!

Great little quality pot. Customer service was brilliant. Arrived promptly and dealt with my problem straight away.
Top quality all round. The item was as photo and nicely made. A good company.
Looks beautiful but for the price tag it looks like a rushed job. Bits hanging out, scraped my finger whilst unboxing, cut myself.
Delivery took over took weeks when it states on their website 48hours Royal Mail tracked; I had to chase them for updates.
Definitely not worth the price
Appalling delivery service. Have still not received item. Was meant to have been delivered by 13th October at the latest. Tracking shows Royal Mail still waiting for the item. Item ordered on 5th October.
