It took over a month to receive after they ran out of stock of one of the items in my order. The delay was very frustrating as I kept being told it would be coming next week for a few weeks in a row. Updates were only sent to me after chasing each time so I wasnt very impressed with the customer service. The item has now arrived and is fine but whole process was so frustrating that I dont feel this was a worthy purchase. Their customer service needs to improve!

Looks beautiful but for the price tag it looks like a rushed job. Bits hanging out, scraped my finger whilst unboxing, cut myself.
Delivery took over took weeks when it states on their website 48hours Royal Mail tracked; I had to chase them for updates.
Definitely not worth the price
I wasn't exactly sure how this would arrive because the specifications weren't available as a photo example, but it turned out really lovely and nice quality! Really pleased to be able to give this as a little engagement gift to a friend. Thank you!
