I ordered some rattan placemats from The White Company but sadly they were too big. I found some identical ones on this website. Not only did they come in a range of sizes but also in a holder. I had an issue with one mat that had a small pull in the rattan but the customer service was excellent, fast, efficient and very polite. They sent me an additional mat and didn't want the other one returning. The quality is excellent, exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with the product and the service. Would definitely recommend them.
